Mohammed Alasmari is a dedicated professional working at a Drug and Poisoning Information Center, in Saudi Arabia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from King Khalid University, Saudi Arabia, and he was awarded a scholarship to the USA where he earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Master's degree in Pharmacoeconomics and Policy from MCPHS University, Boston. He later completed a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology, specializing in toxicology, from King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Alasmari's research interests span molecular, clinical, and quantitative pharmacology and toxicology, with a particular focus on pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD), and physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling and simulation. He is particularly passionate about the application of these methodologies in precision medicine and model-informed drug development (MIDD). With over 10 research publications and funding for his projects, Alasmari continues to contribute significantly to advancing pharmacological and toxicological sciences.
