Jiezheng Ying is a Professor of Rice Genetics and Breeding in China National Rice Research Institute. He received his PhD in genetics from Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on dissecting the genetic basis of complex trait variation of rice yield and quality and breeding high yield, good quality and multi resistance varieties.
