Salvatore Domenic Morgera is a Distinguished Professor of Engineering and Medicine. Dr. Morgera has been honored by academia, industry, and governments for innovation in Cybersecurity, Bioengineering, Telecommunications Networks, Aerospace Systems, Underwater Acoustic Systems, and Brain Networks. He is a pioneer in developing a greater understanding of the human brain through the application of engineering principles. For his contributions, Dr. Morgera has been named a Fellow of several institutions, FIEEE, FAAAS, FIET, and FAAIA, and is a Raytheon Fellow.
