Dr. LI Yue is an associate professor at the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research areas include the development and calibration technology of spaceborne spectrometers, and weak signal detection technology. He is the electronics system leader for the solar spectralirradiance monitor payloads (SSIM) on the Fengyun-3 Meteorological Satellites 05 and 10. Dr. Li holds a Ph.D. from Jilin University in China and has been a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research in Germany.
