LIU Yuefeng received his B.S. degree in electronics science and technology and Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the College of Electronic Science and Engineering, Jilin University, Changchun, China, in 2008 and 2014, respectively. In 2014, he joined Jilin University, where he is currently an associate professor at the College of Electronic Science and Engineering and State Key Laboratory on Integrated Optoelectronics. He was a postdoc in NTU (Nanyang Technological University) in 2015 and in UIUC (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) from 2016 to 2018. His research interest includes optoelectronic devices, femtosecond laser fabrication of micro-nanostructures and fluorescence micro-patterns, 3D nano- and mesoscale architectures which lead to emergence of new optical and optoelectronic functionality. He has published more 80 SCI retrieval papers in international journals with more than 2300 SCI citations and H-index: 29.
