I am a PhD researcher at the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in France,
specializing in the Bioengineering and Microbial Dynamics at Food
Interfaces Laboratory. I earned my master's degree in food processing and
safety from Hainan University, China, in 2022. My current research focuses
on developing smart systems for preserving perishable foods, particularly
through the use of bioprotective lactic acid bacteria.
